Native to Tennessee, Josh grew up in the Chattanooga area and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with an Advertising and Business degree. Josh began a lucrative career in advertising and marketing in 2008 in Chattanooga, working for a notable regional advertising agency and serving clients such as Krystal and U.S. Xpress. Josh joined Capitol Christian Music Group in Nashville in 2012 to fulfill a life-long dream of working in the music business, working in rolls from international sales and marketing, to domestic marketing and commercial partnerships management. All the while, Josh was purchasing and selling his own homes in both cities, and building a passion for the value of real estate investment. Josh felt the spark to change his career path, and the rest is history!
Since 2016, Josh has closed over $30 million worth of real estate in the Greater Nashville Area, not only helping his clients find and purchase their dream homes and investment properties, but helping them get top dollar in the sales of their homes as well.
